Registration Policy
Payment Full payment of the relevant fees is required at the time of registration. The fees cover lunches, refreshments and conference materials. Delegates who require copies of audio/video tapes of conference proceedings can pay for these items at the conference venue or via the website that advertised the conference Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Applicable discount should be used before its expiration date and the discounted fee must be paid during registration. Discount offers may not be combined with any other offer Group Discounts – Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT The following discounts are available if a group of 3 or more employees from the same company is booking for a conference at the same time. 3 employees: 12% discount of the contract fee The above discount applies to only one person and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Provided that the registration fees have been paid, delegates can be substituted at any time prior to the date of the event or during the event provided that the conference manager or on site registration personnel is notified of this change via email or at the conference venue.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cancellation If a booking is cancelled in writing (by post or email) not less than the eight (8) working days prior to the first day of the conference, a 90% credit will be returned to the delegates’ account. BellFront Global Services will retain an administration fee of 10% of the contract fee for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within seven (7) working days prior to the first day of the conference. In the event that BellFront Global Services cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another BellFront Global Services’ event to be mutually agreed with BellFront Global Services, which must occur within eighteen months from the date of cancellation.
Postponement In the event that BellFront Global Services postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend the event on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another BellFront Global Services’ event to be mutually agreed with BellFront Global Services, which must occur within eighteen months from the date of postponement. Except for the foregoing circumstances, BellFront Global Services will not issue credits for cancellations.
